Four Questions You Must Answer To Win Any Proposal

Much of my time is spent reviewing and writing proposals. Whenever you have to propose anything, you will likely spend considerable time making sure you do a job that will warrant you to receive the business, funds, or whatever. Whether you’re looking for a job, asking for a raise, a grant, scholarship, etc., you will greatly help your cause if you answer these four questions effectively:
- Why us?
- Why not them?
- So what?
- How so?
These are the questions your audience will be asking, even if they don’t vocalize it. Make sure you answer their questions. Also, focus on the benefits you bring to them, not the other way around.
